These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AbletonTemplate.com website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”), owned and operated by STEMZ LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), located at 475 Brickell Ave, Miami, FL 33131. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

Overview

This website is operated by STEMZ LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to STEMZ LLC. STEMZ LLC offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site.

1. Digital Products Only

All products sold on AbletonTemplate.com are digital downloads only. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery is instant via email or account download link. If you have issues accessing your download, contact hi@abletontemplate.com.

2. Subscriptions & Free Trials

  • By signing up for a subscription, you agree to recurring charges billed to your payment method on file at the agreed interval.

  • Free trials include one free product download and convert automatically to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled beforehand.

  • Subscription terms are clearly disclosed on the product description, cart, checkout, and confirmation email. There are no hidden fees.

  • You will also receive a reminder email 24 hours before your first payment is charged.

  • Store credits ($25 weekly, $100 monthly) are issued only while the subscription remains active and are forfeited if the subscription is canceled before the full billing period ends.

  • Store credits are non-cash, non-transferable, and expire 30 days after being issued. Store credits cannot be applied toward subscriptions, promotional bundles, or discounted products. Store credits will be issued on the billing date and every 7 days after until cancelled or subscription billing fails, starting August 1, 2025. We are not responsible for any lost or expired credits, but we will provide manual order fulfillment in case of technical issues.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by emailing hi@abletontemplate.com.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We recommend canceling near the end of your period to maximize your benefits.

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once delivered.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@stemz.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on AbletonTemplate.com, including but not limited to templates, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of STEMZ LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse our Services, including but not limited to:

  • Sharing, reselling, or redistributing our templates.

  • Attempting to reverse engineer or otherwise copy proprietary elements.

  • Violating applicable laws or infringing on third-party rights.

7. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

8. Modifications to Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. STEMZ LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the prior 3 months.

10. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
